Major responsibilities:
主 要 职 责

• Assist with the preparation of all food in his/her assigned kitchen

协助完成所有相关食品的准备工作。

• Have knowledge of all menus being offered in the respective kitchen at any time.

掌握本职工作范围的菜单知识

• Ensure that all kitchen mise-en-place is prepared according to production plan.

确保所有相关的准备工作依照要求完成。

• Check food storage areas and refrigerators for cleanliness and proper functioning and report any discrepancies to the manager
  

定期检查食品储藏及冷藏区域的清洁卫生，当有异样时及时汇报经理

• Ensure constant rotation of all stocks in the kitchen

确保厨房内存货的正常流动性

• Ensure highest standards of hygiene are always adhered to throughout food preparation

确保食品预备过程中须遵守最高卫生标准

• Responsible for the cleanliness of respective section

确保相关区域干净整洁

• Ensure all equipment is cleaned regularly and after use and keep workstations clean, clean and tidy

确保所有厨房设备的日常清理，且保证工作台使用完毕后的整洁

• Assist in other food production areas as and when required

按照要求协助其他食品制作区域的工作

Professional experience:

• Similar experience in a previous position in a Hotel or Free Standing Restaurant

具备酒店&餐厅的相关工作经验
