1、熟悉淘宝店铺装修，美工能力强，能熟练使用Photoshop，Dreamweaver，flash 负责公司淘宝网店的美化设计、活动广告和相关图片的制作，以及设计定期的推广活动；

2、优秀的审美观与色彩感，优秀的整体搭配布局能力，准确把握网站整体风格设计。 善于创意，拥有良好的设计感觉和大胆的设计的思想，有独立设计、制作能力。有淘宝店铺设计、实践工作经验者优先；文字驾驭能力好者优先。

3、具有独立思考和工作的素质能独挡一面，可以主动把网店做到专业水平，提出设计方案

4、积极主动、诚信踏实、耐心、细致

5、此岗位是兼职，不用在公司坐班。
