职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责对试验件的制作制定进度计划并跟踪，同时根据任务书进行相关试验；
2.负责进行公司内部的相关试验；
3.负责对试验结果进行规划、评估和存档；
4.协助制定完成用于客户认可推荐的相关文件资料；
5.负责公司内/外部相关试验装置和设施的规划、实施与监管，包括方案设计、布局规划以及相应装置设施的检验和调试；
6.协助完成组件连接的安排布置与尺寸测量；
7.代表公司参加客户方面的相关试验会议；
8.协助试验材料的组织协调工作；
9.协助完成各个试验设备的任务书制定工作；
10.协助拟定针对客户的产品及任务书推荐；
11.确保公司内部的试验能力在进行委外试验之前能够得到最大化的利用；
岗位要求：
1.大学本科以上学历
2.3年以上制造业企业技术开发工作经验，熟悉机械产品设计开发，熟悉质量管理体系
3.熟悉APQP,PPAP等设计流程和技术文件
4.能妥善搜集、归类、处理以及保存各类文件、数据和样件；制定材料支出及样件支出报表
5.能制定产品试验要求及试验项目，跟踪试验情况
6.发现问题及时采取纠正措施；能与客户保持联系，了解产品使用状况.

Sitech Dongchang Automotive Seating Technology Ltd. was established at Shanghai Baoshan Urban Industrial Park in June 2004. It was mainly jointly established by Sitech Sitztechnik GmbH, which is a hundred percent subsidiary of Volkswagen AG. The total investment amounts to 150,000,000 RMB.
