职位描述
Job Purpose/key objective
Responsible for formulating and implementing effective Human Resources policy, practices and processes & programs to support the business needs for FMC's Agricultural Products Group Commercial Enterprise in China, while ensuring compliance with local regulation and corporate guideline and direction. In essence, this position will plan, direct and lead all HR activities through close partnering with these businesses to optimise employee potential, motivation and development.
Critical accountabilities:
1. Provide strategic support to the business in the following areas:
a) Yearly HR plan in terms of Staff budget, total headcount forecast, salary and benefit forecast,
competitive retention program etc. for APG China.
b) Optimise total headcount through appropriate manpower planning & allocation.
c) With the APG China Leadership organization, develop a talent management landscape that enables the continued evolution of the workforce within the changing landscape of the business.
d) Conduct periodic reviews of salary and benefits to ensure internal equity and external
Competitiveness with the support of AP C&B Manager.
e) Support HR enterprise oriented initiatives such as the integration of policy and practice across the Shanghai enterprises and follow up on key items and recommendations to the business leads.
f) Manage the leadership development program for APG China to ensure a sustainable workforce.
2. Efficient and effective management of compensation review and Performance Management Process:
a) Responsible for ensuring timely administration of performance management & annual salary & bonus review process in line within FMC's China protocol and within the APG regional guidelines respectively.
b) Monitoring & processing monthly payroll including salary & quarterly incentive program if any or until a more systematic process can be put in place. Act as a core team member for the payroll implementation project for the AIC integration.
c) Support the rollout of any rewards/bonus schemes that are to be implemented within APG China.
3. Training and Recruitment :
a) Develop and drive the employee training program for the APG China including assessment with the businesses and cost efficient plans.
b) Ensure all hiring requisitions are duly approved per APG China's hiring directive prior to job offer.
c) Ensure the use of more effective & innovative recruitment channels to fill staffing gaps efficiently and effectively in support of business needs.
4. HR Manual, Policy and Handbook
a) Support the rollout of BU programs or policy for APG China including the merger of harmonized policies and practices for the China Enterprises.
b) Ensure all labor contracts contents are consistent and in compliance with local labor law.
c) Review and update the HR policies/employee handbook in line with local labor law and competitive practice and ensure good communication of this manual to all employees and line managers.
5. Coaching and capability development
Provide coaching to key employees & people managers as and when required to ensure the appropriate change management philosophy and in support of the business direction and employee development and growth.
6. Employee relations
Understand and formulate a plan to address employee relations and labor relations as appropriate.
7. HR Administration Work
a) Maintain Employee data accuracy to meet regulatory requirements & HR information system
b) Support FMC requests for HR inputs, data or statistics
Educational/Professional Qualifications and Experience:
- University degree, with at least 10+ years of relevant working experience in a managerial capacity in a multinational environment.
Skills,Knowledge & Personal characteristics:
- Good spoken and written English.
- Possess good leadership skills and excellent independent judgment.
- Mature, dedicated and able to work independently.
- Hands-on with good initiative.
- Possess high level of integrity & confidentiality.
- Good understanding of China labor law and regulation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and diffuse conflict.
