职位描述：
1. Provide reliability expert support to critical application infrastructure, proactive daily performance monitoring, oversee root cause analysis and corrective actives necessary to continuously improve reliability. (Major in critical sales applications running via Web/Middleware infrastructure etc) (20%)
2. Work with application team on infrastructure architecture, requirements and implementation of infrastructure system related to reliability, quality and monitoring field. (Major in critical sales applications running via Web/Middleware infrastructure etc) (35%)
3. Work with technical operation team on tool building and infrastructure necessary to maintain quality metrics, dashboards, and alerting systems, automation. (Major in critical sales applications running via Web/Middleware infrastructure etc) (30%)
4. Assist service delivery leader to complete defined tasks assigned. (15%)

Requirements:
1. 8+ years related experience in technical support area
2. In depth understanding and practical experience for infrastructure reliability monitoring, measurement and relative automation tool build up, setup process on infrastrcutre reliability management. High technical competence on root cause analyst at overall infrastructure level, including below technology field: Web server, web load balance, Websphere/Jboss Server, MQ Series etc. OS platform: Windows Server 2003/Active Directory related, VMware, SUSE Linux,etc DB: Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL etc; infra HA, DR solution etc Network: Familiar with Cisco products and the technologies for DMZ, Firewall, F5, load balance, VPN, security compliance device
3. Understanding and ITIL practices for configuration management, change management, release management and service level management.
4. University graduate or above in computer science, communication, automation or equivalent; Middleware product professional certification preferred;
