Active Kidz Shanghai (AKS)
is a community-based organization dedicated to providing quality sports and recreational sports programs for children of the international community in Shanghai. Operating as a not-for-profit organization, AKS works in partnership with volunteers and skilled professionals to provide safe, well-run activities that stimulate development of physical and social skills while promoting teamwork, good sportsmanship, individual creativity, self-confidence and respect for others.

AKS 实习生：
1.Finance assistant
Responsible for accounting Activities. This is an entry level position, the main duties are:
- Support manager by
*handle payment from customer & supplier payment (some part)
* daily finance report
* database maintenance & checking
* check the finance report from related cooperator
* join cycle count and take responsibilities
* help to do necessary task.
* Support children programs by attending activities, working at the registration desks, helping to setup and take down the desk and promotion material

Other requirements for this position are:
- strong English and Mandarin skills; other languages a plus
- outgoing personality with cultural sensitivity
- strong sense of self responsibility
- detailed oriented; quick learner

2.Office assistant
Support members by
* answering questions via phone
* responding to emails
* updating registration database
- Providing Logistics support by arranging buses, deliveries
- Support children programs by attending activities, working at the registration desks, helping to setup and take down the desk and promotion material

Other requirements for this position are:
- strong English and Mandarin skills; other languages a plus
- outgoing personality with cultural sensitivity
- strong sense of self responsibility
- detailed oriented; quick learner


Obligations of the Internship Company
1. To certify confirmation of internship in writing.
2. To offer instruction and training to the student.
4. Provide feedback to the student intern regarding work quality.
5. Assist the student intern by answering questions regarding the operations of the agency/organization.

Obligations of the Student
1. To agree to support the AKS mission in the Shanghai community and fulfill all internship requirements
2. To observe the given working rules and company guidelines, and to manage all information, machines and materials with due care and attention.
3. To respect the interests of the Internship Company and to observe the codes and practice of confidentiality.
4. To inform the Internship Company immediately if she cannot be present

Compensation
AKS will pay interns RMB 150 per day for each day worked by the Student Intern pursuant to this Student Intern Agreement. The Student Intern shall be paid on a monthly basis by cash or by bank transfer into the local bank account. The Student Intern shall be reimbursed in accordance with company regulations for local transportation incurred in performance of services pursuant to this Agreement. The travel expenses to and from work shall be borne by Student Intern.

Protection of Information
In the course of duties, you will have access to and be entrusted with confidential information concerning the personal and financial information of members of AKS, AKS sponsors and advertisers and the Company’s agreements with them, and activities of AKS. By signing this agreement you acknowledge and agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information during the internship, and also after conclusion of this contract and the internship with AKS.
