TZG（高瞻资本投资公司）旗下项目高端餐饮公司招聘销售总监

工作职责：
1、根据公司当年度发展战略，制定业务拓展部门线下销售计划并落实执行；
2、负责分析客户需求，根据不同的客户需求，制定或调整相应的销售策略；
3、完成新客户的拓展及老客户资源的维护；
4、做好渠道、供应商、客户的定期拜访、维护与服务工作；
5、负责销售团队的搭建、培训及管理；
6、完成上级领导交办的其他工作内容。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上餐饮/快消行业渠道拓展及销售经验；
2、具备互联网餐饮/外卖行业渠道拓展及销售经验者优先；
3、情商高，有责任心及大局观，具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队协作能力；
4、具有较强的销售热情与抗压能力。
