职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Develop molding process for new package and product requirements.
? Coordinate the introduction of new product's mold processes into production.
? Review new package/product’s design drawing and do risk assessment.
? Perform process characterizations and qualification for new technology and product, maintain design rule and process control documents.
? Define new product’s BOM and process flow, maintain process guideline.

Requirement:
? BS degree or equivalent with 3 or more years of assembly molding-related experience.
? Major in Poly-material science or mechanical engineering.
? PMC molding process development is a plus.
? Thermal/mechanical Simulation modeling experience is a plus.
