Job Description

Familiar with EOL equipment, as Ball attach,Laser mark,Laser cut, Package saw, AOI etc. and has multi skill to cover for multi processes.

Support EE to meet the goal on mc downtime,Utilization,to improve MTBA/MTBF

Responsible for shift mc check/6S/device change n fill in the records

Perform MC conversion n troubleshooting to meet MFG shipment goal

Follow equipment specification to do MC PM/overhaul/Calibration etc. to keep MC in good condition

Give quick and effective response to leader/supv for assigned work

Open-minded /self-motivated and willing to learn

Good team work n communication skill

Willing work in shift

 

 

Requirements:

Diploma, Major in Engineering will be preferred.

More than 2years experience in semiconductor manufacturing and familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of EOL equipment.

Strong responsibility; quality sense and good problem solving skill to keep production equipment running smoothly

Quick learning n good follow-up to well done the regular shift jobs

Good sense and follow up on quality issue and project

Have the ability for report generation , focus on machine alarm analysis and troubleshooting

Workable English

Familiar with office software: Microsoft Word/excel/ Power point 举报 分享
