要求：2011年毕业生优先

Prepare the back up tooling sample for customer approval sample.
-. Injection report ( Cpk / FAI ).
-. Assemble pack.
-. Get the approval for the back up tooling & Follow up C/R.
-. Case Approval sheet & Give M.P. signature for M.P. on the case.
Control the injection tooling.
-. Modification Method / Risk assessment / Schedule for M.P.
Battery pack product line ME issue, related with the Case tooling.
Control the injection tooling.
-. Verification for NG cause.
-. Modification Method / Risk assessment / Schedule for M.P.
NG / Issue follow up.
-. Request FAR / CAR ( 8D report / 5C report / etc.)
-. Control injection vendor SIP / SOP.
Quality system in the Injection vendor.
(1) Quarterly Quality Audit
(2) Monthly SQM
-. IQC LRR / Audit Opportunity / IPQC / OQC
(3) Weekly Product report
-.Tooling status / NG rate / Xbar-R chart / P chart

Requirement:
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and applied or material science.
1-2 years of related working experiences.
Must have fluent oral and excellent written English ability, knowledge of Korean is a plus.
Excellent proficiency in Auto CAD and Pro-E.
Knowledge of Mold Flow analysis and Mini-Tab is a plus.
Excellent MS office skills(Word,Excel,Powerpoint)
Good inter-personal, communication skills.
Good learning attitude, proactive, highly committed and able to work with tight deadline and under high pressure.
Willing to travel.
