职位描述：
Position: Control Engineer
Location: Shanghai
Report to: Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Work on site commissioning for the gantry control system by Siemens 840D or Fanuc CNC F150 series.
Position responsibilities
? Controls Design for Gantry, and other transportation system
? Make manufacture and assembling process ZP, TMF and Conveyor system etc.
? Site commissioning
? CNC programming.
? Make quality plan for products.
? Guide & training technician on product assembling & commissioning.
? Daily equipment maintenance.
? Make tooling list, testing equipment and fixture list for plant start-up.
? Coordinate plant project at Lingang.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
? Minimum 5 years within electrical design and manufacture process.
? Experienced in working in complex product localization projects.
? Able to thoroughly communicate with head office in English on technical & manufacture process aspect.
? Proficient in Autocad, Solidworks and MS Office. ERP experience is preferred.
? Have basic knowledge of CPK, GR&R.
? Familiar with ISO 9001.
? Good capacity on trouble shooting.
? Self-motivated & be able to work independently
? Good team work
Education:
Bachelor degree or similar in mechanical or controls engineering or related subject.
Language:
