岗位职责：
1.向客户提供持续的工具/项目支持
2.作为与产品开发的联络人员，来确保技术上的兼容性和用户满意度
3.收集客户使用工具过程中产生的需求，并推荐相应工具以及服务解决方案
4.向用户提供培训以及撰写相关的应用文档
5.进行应用软件测试，审核且确保完成质量
6.撰写项目开发可行性报告和执行项目计划
7.接收并及时解答用户疑问
8.通过邮件，电话和/或资源跟踪工具给客户提供详细的解决方案
9.管理并处理用户疑问，如有必要须将用户问题分级并升级到全球其他分部或者是美国总部的同事
10.其他的客户项目/任务
 

任职要求：
1.信息系统/电脑科学/工程/科学，沟通及电脑相关专业学士学位
2.有能力在有限时间内完成项目
3.熟悉微软office系列，包括excel, ppt, word
4.基本的应用系统调查分析能力
5.时间管理，组织和项目技巧
6.良好的中英语写作和口头沟通能力
7.1到3年的用户支持工作经验优先
8.环境健康安全方面的相关经验优先
9.SQL Server 或者MS Access的相关经验优先

Job Responsibilities:
1.Provide ongoing application support to business stakeholders
2.Develop a critical understanding of clients’ operations and systems
3.Act as liaison with product developers to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
4.Gather process requirements from stakeholders and recommend application utilization and services solutions
5.Provide user training and develops detailed application documentation
6.Conduct application software testing, prototype reviews, and quality assurance
7.Develop project feasibility reports and executes project-based initiatives
8.Receive and resolve user inquiries in a timely manner
9.Provide users step-by-step solutions in a user-friendly manner via email, phone, and/or resource tracking tool
10.Manage and prioritize inquiries and escalate as appropriate to each inquiry
11.Additional customer support project/task assignments, as assigned

Education and Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in information systems/computer science, engineering/science fields, communications, and computer-related training
2.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3.Ability to accomplish projects in a timely manner
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
5.Basic computer troubleshooting skills
6.Knowledge of writing queries involving multiple tables from MS Access, SQL Server, etc., highly desired
7.Strong time management, organization, and project skills
8.Knowledge of HTML and web-based software solutions
9.1 to 3 years relevant user support role is plus
