职位描述：
Purchase & Logistic assistance
？ Update regular database and reports.
？ Confirm shipment schedule with suppliers
？ Shipping Documents checking , check and verify accounts payable paperwork for correct quantities, address, pricing, Communicate with suppliers for documents sending on-time.
？ Logistic tracking and coordination.
？ Sample: communicate with suppliers for sample delivery & packing, express & Transportation arrangement

Office Administration
？ Express and posting activities, tracking with suppliers and sending samples;
？ Booking flight, Hotel, arrange trip schedule, check expense report.
？ Scan and sending documents to suppliers .
？ Translate documents

Knowledge Required for Position :
？ Students in International Trading Major looking for internship is preferred,
？ Basic knowledge of financial duties, office administration,
？ Strong organizational skills
？ Good command of written and Reading English
？ Good computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; 举报 分享
