职位描述：
Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities
? Providing thorough technical and business understanding of customer’s needs and assist technical presales and post-sales support
? Performing services like security testing, security audit, vulnerability exploitation, demo and training assignments for customers
? Coordinate with foreign cyber security vendors in technical issues.

Qualifications
Education
? Have a Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering

Knowledge & skills
Technical
? Understand cyber security. Know about below topics, and be familiar with some of them: DDoS, Perimeter Defence, APT, Firewall, IPS/IDS, CVE, Threat Intelligence, SOC, Whitebox Test, Blackbox Test, Fuzzing, Penetration Test, Encryption, Decryption, DLP, Deception based solution, Mobile Security, Cloud Security.
? Familiar with network protocols and specifications, especially TCP/IP.
? Proficient in the use of Unix/Linux and Windows systems
? Programming experience (Any language) would be an advantage.


Other
? Enjoyment and passion in solving customers' problems and educating customers
? Willing to travel, mostly within China but also occasional trainings etc. abroad
? Social character with great team work skills
? Hands-on experience in customer supporting.
? Powerpoint and presentation skills.
? Proficient in English
