Operational Delivery
Research / Data Collection
？ Collect market, sector or company data on the internet, and through primary research sources such as banks, advisors and current schools, etc.
？ Manage and update the Corporate Development pipeline with new acquisition targets, new build opportunities and existing campus redevelopment opportunities as well as detailing progress on existing projects
？ Manage and update databases of Bilingual schools around China mainland and private and public transaction multiples for the education sector through research sources such as specialized consultancy groups and industry news reports
？ Support the organisation in identification of potential opportunities in line with the Corporate Development Strategy
？ Prepare presentations on researched markets/sectors/companies

Acquisition transactions
？ Participate and support in all phases of the transaction: IM reviews, Due Diligence, negotiation, documentation, integration planning etc.
？ Analyse financial statements and data, and prepare complex financial models
？ Develop and manage the transaction dataroom, coordinate with external advisors and internal working teams on dataroom material preparation and collection
？ Prepare Board presentations for investment recommendations

New build and existing campus redevelopment projects
？ Participate and support in all phases of the project: site research and visits, project planning, lease negotiation, documentation, design development and mobilisation planning, etc.
？ Analyse financial and operating data, and prepare financial models to support the business cases
？ Coordinate with internal working teams in all phases of projects
？ Prepare Board presentations for investment recommendations

Integration and monitoring
？ Assist the Corporate Development Director, the Managers in
o Tracking of investment plan delivery: budget, actual, forecast
o Preparation of integration plans and reports
o Support on special projects: budget, five year plan, reporting, tax, etc.
Teamwork
？ Work with all members of the Corporate Development team on multiple projects simultaneously
？ Work with regional functional teams including Finance, HR, Marketing, Admission and Communications, and IT, possibility UK based Education team as well as school operations teams across multiple projects
Commercial Awareness
Analysis and Valuation
？ Perform geographical markets and education sub-sectors analysis: Regulatory framework, size, trends, players, barriers to entry
？ Financial analysis
o Elaborate complex flexible operational and valuation models in Excel
o Develop forecasting tools
o Analyse financial information relating to the companies researched including balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow statements
o Benchmark potential targets against Nord Anglia Educations existing schools
？ Valuation
o Perform a wide range of valuation methodologies: DCF, IRR, paybacks, unlevered returns, comparable transactions, etc.
？ Assist in investments recommendations
Problem Solving
？ Active issue resolution by timely interventions and application of bespoke and innovative solutions
Client Liaison / Customer Support
？ To liaise directly with sellers, investors, advisors, sponsors, partners and government agencies to support and advance the Corporate Development Strategy
？ Represent the company at meetings, seminars, conferences and other events as required
Systems and Procedures
？ Become an expert in Bilingual School Development processes and investment criteria for both acquisitions and new build projects 举报 分享
