职位描述：
1. 对于UV的食材/酒水/服务全面的了解
        To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service provided by UV
2. 在服务客人的时候时刻掌握客人对于餐厅满意度的反馈
        Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction
3. 贯彻UV的服务标准
        Follow all UV service standards
4. 确保餐厅服务标准和条款准确的教授到员工，并监督其实施
        Ensure that restaurant standards and policies are explained to staff, and are correctly applied
5. 监督并确保营餐厅，酒吧，及其预定的平稳运营
        Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the service, bar, reservation
6. 检查餐厅的残棋啊准备工作，确保标准始终如一
        Check restaurant mise en place and setup following standards at all time
7. 传达经理的决定，并确保决定得到落实
        Relay management decisions and make sure they are applied
8. 确保服务质量的持续性
        Maintain consistency in quality of service
9. 通过专业的良好的职业态度传达餐厅的正面形象
        Convey a positive image of the restaurant through professionalism and good attitude
10. 检查餐厅员工的工作态度
        Check floor staff's attitude
11. 对经理汇报事件
        Relay information to management
12. 提高销售
        Push Up sellings
13. 能够合理适当的处理客人的口头投诉
        Proper and tactful handling of verbal complaints from customers
14. 调动员工的积极性和团队合作
        Enforce staff motivation and team building
15. 设计培训课程
        Design training programs
16. 参与员工绩效管理：员工面试/解除合同/转岗/加班
        Participate in effective staff management: staff hiring / termination / transfers / overtime
17. 观察员工个人表现，仪容仪表，上班准时度
        Observes staff individual performance, grooming, punctuality
18. 实施适当和有效的措施以改善控制成本/费用/劳动力
        Implement appropriate and effective measures to improve control of costs / expenses / labour
19. 确保餐厅的基本工程维护和跟进工程部的工作进程
        Ensure general maintenance of restaurant and follow up on work order forms with Engineering department
20. 确保所有的材料，器械和家居被合理的利用及定期清理
        Ensure that all materials, equipment and furnitures are properly used and regularly cleaned

       Graduated in Hospitality industry
7. 英文听说读写流利
       Fluent English speaking spoken and written
8. 2年同岗位西餐厅工作经历
       2 years experience at same position in western restaurant
9. 熟悉使用Micros系统
       Micros system
10. 良好的沟通能力及销售技巧
       Good communication & Sales Skills
11. 基本电脑知识：Exel,Word,PPT
       Basic Computer skills: excel, word, ppt
