职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Take responsibility to resource and people management for whole team including assign tasks , track daily task status and time sheet record, provide weekly status report
? Coordination with PM, take responsibility to whole software development life cycle follow function specification, include System analysis , Technical detail design, Build, Unit Testing, Implementation, Support, etc.
? Provide weekly status report to PM
? Responsible for core framework building and core function module coding
? Solve technical problem , review technical document and code, help other developers to complete development tasks on time with high quality
? Analysis bug reason and work out solution to improve quality and productivity
? Organize knowledge sharing to improve team member’s skill include technology skill and business skill
? Create solid code to implement all features with necessary comments
? Produce unit test with project to ensure the code quality and coverage
? Fix bug found by tester on project or on production environment
? Do necessary refactor on existing or code created by other developers
? Fully follow Software development cycle and code check in/deploy policy

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree or above in computer science or equivalent ,5-8 years working experience
? More than 1 year experience in leading 4~5 team members to complete project
? Solid knowledge of .Net framework 2.0, 3.5, 4.0, C#.Net, Web Service, Web form project
? Deep understanding of Asp.net, MVC, WCF, Entity Framework
? Familiar with SQL Server 2005/2008, T-SQL, Store Procedure, Function, etc.
? Familiar with SQL performance tuning and optimization
? Familiar with HTML/CSS/JavaScript Frontend technologies and HTTP protocol
? Familiar with HTML5/CSS3/JQuery will be a plus
? Good oral and written English;
? Good team player and communication skills
? Good Self-study ability to learn new technology and new business application 举报 分享
