职位描述：
Job responsibilities:

Part Logistics
-follow up the shipment from Italy and monitor the timing as per the agreed schedule; provide the requested info for custom clearance; settle payment for the VAT, Duty and agent fee, etc.
-monitor the importation of CITES and NON INCLUSION products; make sure to receive the necessary documents for application from HQ on time; provide all necessary info to agent for local application; optimize the timing for importation
-inform direct shops of the new arrival
-take care of the delivery for shipment replenishment, stock movement, and seasonal goods return from the direct shops to warehouse, etc.; make sure that the delivery procedure is strictly respected in order to identify the responsibility of any loss
-manage the stock movement and the inventory in the company system
-monitor the shipment status and file a claim with freight forwarders if any loss or damage to the goods found during the transportation
-follow up the shipment of the non-merchandise from Italy, such as mannequins, VM tools, windows pros, Catalogs, shopping bags etc.
-updating the shipping schedule and share with other departments weekly
-monitor warehouse daily performance and conduct periodical stock-take
-instruct the warehouse to print the washing label, barcode label as per the request

Part GB project & CIQ inspection
-follow up the GB testing project; make sure to receive from Italy the swatch as per the test request; check the swath before sending to the test company; filing the test reports; reflect the fail test to HQ
-control the info of the washing label from HQ by consulting with local authority
-monitor the coherence of the info on the washing label from HQ and the info on Product Qualified Certificate label printed in warehouse
-record the pcs taken by CIQ and inform financial dept. and the direct shops; monitor the test result; follow the return back to Italy in case any fail result

Part After-sale service
-take care of the request of the accessory (button, zip, etc.) from the shops with HQ


Required experience:

1. At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
2. Proficient in English, for both written and oral.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment.
4. Preferred to be creative with entrepreneurship spirit and can work independently.
5. Bachelor degree above in relevant major. 举报 分享
