职位描述：
Main Task：
Perform all month-end closing activities for assigned location.
This includes preparation of journal entries, management reports, and the monthly audit binder.
Conduct review and analysis related to production order activity, spending variances, balance sheet accuracy, and the need for accruals.
Coordinate the annual operating budget including direct variable cost (DVC) and overhead cost center budgets.
Maintenance of the cost system within SAP This includes cost updates, the annual re-cost of all materials, development of work center rates, and cost analysis as requested by management.
Coordinate the annual physical inventory and audit of cycle counts at assigned locations.
Maintain compliance with all company accounting policies.
Maintain procedural documentation for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiatives.
Assist with requirements of both internal and external auditors during quarterly and annual audits.
Assist with special projects as needed.Minimal travel.

Qualifications：
BA or BS in Accounting or equivalent degree
5-7 years of accounting experience; manufacturing accounting experience preferred
Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and ability to accurately apply the principles
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Should be a self-starter with initiative and solid time management skills
Experience with SAP is highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines
Proficient at Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
