Job Description:

Position: Recruiting Assistant Manager
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Identify qualified and suitable talent, delivering professional services in recruitment, meeting internal customer needs, and complying with hiring policies and processes.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition, needs identification, sourcing, interviewing, selection, hiring and onboarding.
- Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools with the focus on direct sourcing.
- Manage all aspects of the sourcing, interviewing and hiring process.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trend, compensation and benefits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or higher education in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years solid recruitment experience in a multinational corporation
- Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Good negotiation and conflict management skills.
