职位描述：
岗位职责
1、check-in并引领客户去等候区候诊。
2、每天定时发送提醒短信，维护短信平台，发现异常及时汇报。
3、及时电话通知客户正常检验报告。
4、接听与处理电话和留言，协助包括与医护人员，以及客户之间的良好沟通。
5、扫描各类文件、检查报告及外来病历并发送至相关人员。
6、检查次日所有预约，准备医疗病例，在系统里填写注释，主治医生、保险等信息。
7、每月统计科室门诊量及制作报表PPT等科室所有行政工作。
8、科室领导安排的其它工作。

岗位要求
1、应届护理毕业生，1年以上护理工作经验优先；
2、持有效的中国护士执业证书优先；
3、良好的中英文表达能力，英文流利优先；
4、熟练掌握计算机等办公设备的应用；
5、积极乐观的工作态度，良好的职业形象；
6、爱岗敬业、热情、有团队合作精神；
7、亲和力强，沟通能力佳；
