Job Description:

Be a key member of our IEPG team in Shanghai. Reporting to the Electrical Manager.

- Develop China based versions of MEGTEC IEPG Products including:

- Describing our unit’s logic and features.

- Designing /Manufacturing of Electrical Panels.

- Establishing electrical schematic drawings.

- Creation and maintenance of Bill of Material.

- Work as team with engineering in U.S.A to provide design feedback and product improvement.

- Development and modifications of Maintenance Manuals

- Testing electrical control panels

- Field electrical work management

- Optimization of our actual products

- Integration of imported products in Chinese market

- Integration into our quality program

- Participate in Project Teams which include Sub contractor and other Megtec subsidiary in Europe and USA (communication language is English)

- Project management : including cost evaluation

- Supporting our production team if required.

- Supporting our service dept if required. (eventually trouble shooting in the customers plant)

- Writing reports and keeping the technology knowledge update.

Qualification:

- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/control Engineering.

- Minimum of 5 year of experience in electrical/control systems or related industries.

- Project management experience as responsible Engineer

- Project management experience from initiation through the design, production, test and commissioning phases.

- Be familiar with electrical design standards, such as GB, IEC, UL, NEC etc

- English read, written and spoken with a good level.

- Computer skill

- Electrical Hardware design

- AutoCAD skills required.

- Microsoft office products

- Use of ERP and MRP would be a plus.

- Comfortable using windows based programs.
