网站市场推广经理(Online Marketing Manager):

主要责任:
1.制定公司在线营销及推广策略;
2.策划及预算在线推广活动;
3.收集和分类营销数据及信息;
4.管理网站内容,及在线发布公司产品与服务上架信息;
5.分析网站流量及客户购买数据的统计信息;
6.建立并执行本部门的标准操作流程;
7.建设,培训与管理营销和推广团队;

Responsibilities:
> Create online marketing strategy
> Plan and budget online promotional campaigns
> Gather and classify service provider and vendor information
> Publish offer and product content via online channels
> Manage websites content
> Manage CRM system and customer profiles
> Analyze website statistics and customer statistics
> Manage operational workflow and processes
> Train staff and implement SOP’s
> Recruit, train and manage creative and social media team

职位要求:
1.大学学历, 至少2-4年电子商务或在线营销工作经验;
2.较强的市场营销,网站运作能力;
3.之前在电子商务,在线营销或FMCG行业者优先考虑;
4.精通office软件(Excel;Wordowerpoint) 对网站编程有一定了解;
5.对SEM,SEO,affiliate marketing, banner advertising 和 email marketing,有较多经验及知识;
6.喜欢网络,对社区网络市场,团购及B2C市场,有深刻的认识和了解;

语言要求:
英语: 良好
中文: 精通

Requirements:
> University degree
> Strong marketing, online technology and communication skills
> At least 1 – 3 years experience in e-business or online marketing
> Preferred industry background: E-business, (Online) Marketing or FMCG
> Computer skills:
o Excel: excellent
o Word: good
o PowerPoint: excellent
o General knowledge about programming language
> Internet skills:
o Knowledge SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, banner advertising and email marketing
o Social media experience (RenRen, Kaixin, Weibo, Douban)
o Online payment experience (Alipay, Tenpay, Chinapay…) beneficial
> Language skills (spoken/written):
o Mandarin: Excellent
o English: Good
> Characteristics person:
o Commercial marketing mind
o Process-oriented
o Creative “out-of-the-box” mindset
o Analytical and quantitative skills
o Detail oriented
