职位描述：
Staff
1. The labor contract management, staff information material and all kinds of personnel file material;
2. The production of various types of attendance report, fill in attendance record, management company annual leave and benefits and the data;
3. Collect the relevant human labor and employment policies and regulations;
4. To help perform the recruiting process and handle employees recruitment, recruitment, termination, transfer, promotion and procedures;
5. Responsible for annual HR audit;
6. Daily work development;
7. Responsible for statistical collect, employees' attendance report monthly, processing attendance of anomalies’
8. Responsible for employee compensation issue, to provide corresponding reports and data;
9. Payroll, Social insurance etc. administration;
10. Manage employee training records;
Administrative aspects:
1. Update and management staff address and phone number and other contact information;
2. For new employees work card, responsible for attendance management, statistics;
3. Assist superior purchase office equipment, office supplies, responsible for issuing and records;
4. Daily work development;
5. Reception supporting, express management, meeting room management;
6. National and International Travel and hotel booking and preparation of Government invitation letter;
Requirements:
1. College Degree, English or Administration major preferred;
2. With MNC firms working experience preferred;
3. Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
4. Good English communication skills;
