全面参与推进公司人力资源管理及综合行政管理工作。
1、 规划计划：制定人力资源规划、计划并推进实施；
2、 制定并实施本部门工作计划，编制费用预算，确保部门目标的实现；
3、 组织建设：编制并持续完善公司及各职能部门组织结构、职责；
4、 制度建设：制定、执行、监督公司相关人力资源管理制度与流程，为工作开展提供依据和指导；
5、 人力资源各模块工作：推进招聘、培训、绩效管理、薪酬福利、岗位管理等各模块工作；
6、 预算管理：编制人事、行政相关费用预算，持续采取控制措施；
7、 人事行政：办理公司员工社保、公积金及意外伤害医疗保险等相关事项，做好年度审计工作；办理员工入职、离职相关手续；
8、 公司证照、政府关系、劳保福利、安保消防、绿化、接待等相关综合管理、行政工作。
岗位要求：
1.大专及以上学历，人力资源管理或行政管理相关专业；
2. 1年以上工作经验者优先；
3. 能熟练运用office、word办公软件；
4. 有良好的沟通和理解能力，做事灵活且有条理性；
