Position Summary

· Directly report to GCC Marketing Manager

· As GCC Marketing Supervisor, will responsible for GCC Marketing communications, GCC PR and also work collaboratively across GCC functional business units & segments, geographical regions.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

· Assist in overseeing marcom team to fulfill all the marketing communication functions and assist in building up marketing communication plan of the individual business and Segments.

· To liaison with vary service suppliers and recommend marketing strategies, image promotion to ensure sales & marketing objectives achieved ;

· Working with commercial segment, publishing segment, newspaper segment, digital printing segment, barcode segment to develop & execute national marketing champion, schedule and program;

· Oversees the preparation and distribution of marketing materials like product brochure, newsletter, sales kit, video, company profile, etc;

· Take an overall responsibility for agency management to ensure all the marketing program briefed, progressed and delivered on time and under budget;

· Responsible for the subordinate development by means of on-job coaching, supervision and delegation;

· Assist in organizing and designing various marketing programs for strategic account and key account;

· Assist in organizing channel training programs in different region;

· Marketing budget control and report work together with Finance

Job Requirements

· University graduate

· Solid experience (at least 5 years) of Marketing communications background;

· Independent capability of campaign management;

· Advanced analytical and problem solving skills

· Ability to adapt to a changing environment and work well under pressure

· Strong self-driven; eager to achieve results, strong sense of responsibility and discipline

· Effective communication and presentation capability.

· Good command of English language
