职位描述：
Main Responsibilities

? Responsible for Robotics Controller products quality improvement in R&D department.
负责研发部门机器人控制柜产品的质量改进
? Lead quality improvement project with cross-functional team
主导跨部门的质量改进项目
? Mastery of Robotics Controller: Controller architecture, Drive system, Power system, Measurement system, Safety system, Motor, and others.
熟悉ABB机器人控制柜：包括结构，驱动系统，电源系统，测量系统，安全系统，马达等等。
? Analyze problem and initiate correction and preventive actions, including root cause analysis, verification of cause, design change, verification of solutions and etc.
问题分析、纠错及预防等能力强，能做问题根源分析，确认，设计改进及提供解决方案等
? As the product global technical owner, closely monitor the responsible product’s quality, follow up the field failures and solve major issues.
作为产品的技术负责人，能密切关注产品的质量，跟踪失效产品及其问题解决
? Provide general technical support to customer and production for the responsible product.
为客户提供技术和产品支持
? Engage in new product development projects as the electronic parts technical expert and quality assurance.
参与新产品开发的电子及质量设计环节

Requirements:

? Master or above in electronic engineering, control science and engineering, automation, or related field;
电子工程，自动化控制或相关专业硕士
? Minimum 3 years of power electronics product development experience.
至少3年电力电子产品开发经验
? Expertise in power electronics and analog electronics;
电力电子和模拟电路相关经验
? Familiar with ECAD, oscilloscope, logic analyzer and other similar tools;
熟悉ECAD，示波器等工具
? Strong problem solving ability;
较强的问题解决能力
? Team work spirit, collaboration with local and international colleagues;
团队合作精神
? Good communication and multi-tasks management competence;
良好的沟通和抗压能力
? Good oral and written English;
良好英语能力
