职位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
l Management test group and guide test task distribution to test Engineer
l Test Lead test Engineer to solve various Test Software and tester equipment issue
l Optimize Test Software , write down test report and control test progress
l Maintain Production Test Software and test plans used in production.
l Provide support in troubleshooting manufacturing test equipment.
l Provide assistance on unusual technical problems.
l Responsible for training technicians and machine operators during product launches and trial builds.
l Compile and analyze engineering data; may analyze test and design data and prepare reports.
l Perform work that involves common types of plans, investigations, surveys, structures, and equipment.
l Support off-shift test development and improvement as required (i.e. trial builds, line moves, etc).
l Validate and obtain approval/sign-off of test equipment in accordance with department/company procedures with documentation covering (as appropriate): Calibration routines, Measurement System Analysis (MSA / R&R), Risk Assessment, Maintenance schedule, Recommended spares.
l Establish and demonstrate test capability, and First Time Test Yield goals.
Assist the Maintenance departments in day-to-day activities and training.
KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求
l Bilingual in Chinese and English.
l Good Analog and Digital design experience.
l MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, Project scheduler).
l Understanding of Statistical data for Gage R&R and Cpk analysis.
l Knowledge of GenRad 228x test system is desired.
l Dynamic test knowledge is desired.
Vehicle component test experience is plus
4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
l Educational: Above BSEE.
l Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Electronics Test or Design.
Minimum 5 years experience in Automotive Electronics Manufacturing Test is desired.
Orcad Schematic Capture and AutoCad or AutoCad LT experience is desired.
Thermal Testing experience is desired.
