JD of Project Manager

? Work for project management which includes multiple projects involving project initiation, scoping, planning, tracing, status reporting and closing
? Proactively communicates and manages risks with the internal clients.
? During the project implementation, be responsible for managing the project schedule, budget, and milestones, monitoring status, assessing and mitigating risks, managing staffing and task assignments, and coordinating communications between project work-streams
? Manage and deliver all ongoing projects for internal customer with high quality and on schedule.
? As one key role of GBI organization, the project manager would need to connect different resources from sales, technical, product to organize, manage and improve the project
? Status reporting on project status to product managers and CEO
? Share the GBI project management methodology and experience within the organization


Required Skills/Experiences
*Graduate from top level university with BS/MS in engineering/science (Computer Science preferred) from top universities
*At least 5 years' experience of managing implementation projects of enterprise level software solution
*Familiar with project management software, particularly Redmine
*Experience of pharma industry software project is highly desirable, projects with over 1000 users a plus
*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate multiple players
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
