职位描述：

申请者需备以下条件：1.良好的口语以及书面表达能力，善于与设计师，大楼物业管理单位，项目经理和客户进行沟通

2.准确地了解设计方案以及核对施工图确认环境卫生以及安全，项目工作质量以及时间表根据现场改动准备变更通知书

3.监督针对条件以及项目的维护及时更新项目存款以及支付费用为消防局，大楼物业管理单位，以及质监准备现场报告;

必备要求：1.具有五年以上类似的工作经验，如功能需求分析，制定测试计划，组织技术设计会议具备管理经验，例如：熟练操作对资金能源的管理

2.懂得使用综合报告机制以及准确地演示多项工作和外包工作的能力技术

3.商业工作经验熟练操作微软办公软件

4.良好的书面以及口语表达能力

5.基本资格认证：一级建造师注册证书建筑工程师证书;

薪资：月薪8-15k
