职位描述：
Accountabilities
Consultative Selling – work with clients to understand their needs and to uncover their unexpressed needs to develop solutions to address them
Develop sales approach and strategies to find and create sales opportunities
Sell learning and development solutions for frontline to mid-level leadership audiences
Analyze client databases and develop plans to prioritize activity to maximize revenue for the assignment and create value for customers.
Conduct presentation and develop proposal.
Work with manager and team members to achieve team and individual goals 

Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, CET 6 and above
2-3 years of relevant experience
Proven ability to sell intangibles
Motivation for ‘walking the extra mile’ service and add value to colleagues and clients.
Able to take initiative and learn quickly
Successful experience in sales of conceptual integrated solutions, which solve business issues, is preferred.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to accomplish work. 举报 分享
