职位描述：
The position is the process owner of the local statutory & tax compliance including interim & year end audits, tax return filing & audit local treasury & banking function, …in China. It also includes process of documentation filings and driving of change towards process improvement.
The individual is also the single point of contact of Corporate Finance (Accounting, Treasury & Tax) in country to provide and coordinate functional supports to in-country businesses and operations.
The incumbent will reside in Shanghai China.

Description of responsibility:
? Local GAAP statutory compliance including statutory audit & government statistic reports
? Local tax return compliance including income tax, VAT, withholding tax, stamp tax and surtax for UCM (Urban, Construction & Maintenance), Education & local Education and River maintenance…
? Local treasury & banking process
? Global finance policy, process & objectives compliance and improvement
? Manual process of payment form 5032, incoming PO invoice and customer check
? Local document retention compliance including invoice, TM, financial statements, …
Professional experience and education:
The incumbent should possess a diploma in financial & accounting with at least 12 year experiences handling statutory audit, income tax, VAT, withholding tax, stamp tax, various of surtax tax & & banking process including foreign currency payment.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, supervisory experience and strong conceptual and analytical skills are also required.
Working experience with SAP in a Shared Service MNC environment will be an added advantage.
