This position is responsible for building and maintaining compensation and benefit infrastructure for Altium China. Its main task includes maintenance and oversight of fair, competitive and cost-effective compensation and practices. Build and maintains effective performance evaluation process for whole Altium China. May also lead / contribute to Corporate and Global compensation processes / projects as needed. Assists in coaching of compensation and performance evaluation of managers.


Job Responsibility:

Compensation and benefits management

? Research, prepare and analyse current market remuneration data and advise the Human Resources Manager and other management team member of appropriate recommendations.

? Provide feedback on the effectiveness of compensation and benefits situation.

? Maintain and update a comprehensive library of salary and benefits benchmarking information from external surveys, staff surveys and other sources.

? Administer C&B related programs

Performance management

? Build and maintain effective performance evaluation process

? Lead and involve performance evaluation project and grad of salaried positions, responding to the evolution of the business and organization changes.

? Provide feedback on the effectiveness of performance evaluation situation.

HR agent management

? Assist in selecting and maintaining suitable HR agent.

? Work closely with HR agent on all social benefits / other benefits cases.

Coaching

? Coach all management team member on C&B policies and performance evaluation process.

Others HR tasks

? Others HR projects assigned by HR manager.




Requirements:

·Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field of study

·5-8 years relevant experience in C&B filed in HR functions.

·Experience in IT industry (preferable)

·Knowledge of best practice C&B management and performance management

·Solid knowledge of labour laws and regulation

·Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence others

·Ability to source information from various external bodies

·Good communication skills - Both Chinese and English

·Flexibility and adaptablity
