职位描述：
1) Assist the Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing department personnel in various technical duties associated with equipment installation, startup and general maintenance of production equipment and processes.
2) Provide technical assistance to manufacturing and engineering as required.
3) Troubleshoot and assist maintenance on technical issues beyond the scope or knowledge of the maintenance technicians on production equipment and facilities maintenance.
4) Responsible for analysis and implement needed preventive maintenance to equipment and facilities.
5) Create and install innovative solutions to problems or improvements to facilities and production equipment.
6) Strive for continuous improvement. Assist CI manager to implement CI kaizen projects.
7) Work extended hours as needed for timely project completion.
8) Comply with Company quality standard, follow ISO9001, TS 16949 & AS9100 Quality system.
9) Comply with Company Environmental Management standard, follow ISO14001 Environmental Management System.
10) Any other incumbents will be extended.

岗位要求：
1) College Degree or above, major in Mechanism
2) 5 Years mechanical maintenance experience
3) 3 Years TPM implementation
4) Goods English and Computer Office skills
5) Ability to use various measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.
6) Skilled in the operation of various types of machine tools.
7) Proactive and good ability on analysis and problem solving
8) Good coordinate and communication skills
9) Good team work and can work under pressure
10) Familiar with hydraulic equipment and PLC program is strongly preferred 举报 分享
