Job Responsibilities / 工作职责

-Assisting in both the pre-planning and running of the events and ensuring appropriate standards
are being maintained / 确保以适当的标准协助会议前期策划和运营

-Liaising with clients to understand their miscellaneous needs, along with fulfilling high-level
customer services through proper communication / 联络客户并了解其各种需求，并通过恰当的沟通实现高水平的客户服务

-Coordinating effectively among various parties including other departments, external contractors and freelancers regarding events execution, to make sure the projects accomplished
within expected deadlines and with good quality / 与包括其他部门、外部承包商和独立工作者等各方就活动执行进行有效协调，保证项目在预计的期限内得以高质量完成

-Facilitating events website to be updated timely and managed, and associated event items to be sourced and managed, to keep events running smoothly / 协助会议网页的及时更新与管理，对相关活动物品进行采购与管理，以保持活动顺利进行

-Taking on additional or specialist tasks under the direction of Management Team to aid the improvement of the events as a whole / 在管理团队的指导下承担额外的或专业的任务，以促进整个活动的提升

Requirements / 任职要求

-Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English / 扎实的中英文书面和口头沟通能力

-Being customer oriented during problems resolving and a good team player / 在解决问题时以客户为导向，有良好的团队合作精神

-The ability to meet deadlines and keen organizational skills / 能在期限前完成任务，组织能力强

-Responsible, attention to details and a positive attitude towards work / 认真负责、注重细节，并有积极的工作态度
