职位描述：
岗位职责：

*Supplier & freight forwarder management
1.Collect and analyze supplier (filler) monthly performance index to support purchasing team for suppliers' performance improvement;
2.Proactively working with destinations for the improvement of service level
物流供应商管理
1.收集月度绩效指标支持采购团队对供应商绩效的总体评估。
2.积极与目的港利益相关方紧密沟通，提高物流供应商目的港服务水平

*Import & Export handling
1.Select appropriate freight forwarder, weekly book containers on behalf of suppliers according to predetermined business allocation.
2.Handling the Customs brokerage, CIQ and other related events in the case of import & export.
3.Other documents processing, such as B/L, invoice, packing list, COO, form A, form E etc.
进出口操作
1.根据制定好的物流运输商业务分配方案，每周向合适的物流供应商订舱，确保得到足够仓位。
2.处理诸如报关，商检等和进出口有关的操作。
3.其他相关文件处理，诸如提单，发票，箱单，原产地证书等

*Training & Knowledge consultant
1.Identify suppliers’ nonconformity execution and related business risk.
2.Train suppliers on import & export knowledge and transaction compliance.
培训和业务咨询
1.给供应商提供进出口事务，单证操作等方面的支持，帮助处理复杂事务。
2.给予供应商适当培训，确保其知晓进出口环节的合规操作。 举报 分享
