职位描述：
1. Be familiar with accounting practices and US GAAP
2. Assist entity FM to prepare the monthly rolling forecast and yearly plan data and package
3. Monthly factory review report
4. Monitor monthly key results (sales, EBIT, cash flow) to make sure they are on forecast
5. Performs variance analysis between forecast and actual, concerning sales, expense, cost, profits, etc…
6. Prepare preliminary risk and opportunity analysis in anticipation of changing business environment.
7. Summarize all key variances with narratives for management review.
8. Work closely with Carrier China FP&A team to support detail explanation and analysis
9. Make expense analysis and productivity calculation
10. Maintain and upgrade HFM system
11. Assist manufacturing department to make capital expenditure analysis
12. Support other departments with relative financial results

Key requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with Accounting/Finance Major
- Solid FP&A skills, can do commercial analyst, cash flow, use financial tools to do the
  forecast and business analyst
- independent and nice personality
- hands-on working attitude
- Good team player and positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, plus good written and verbal English
