A Logistics Executive for EYELEVEL is the person responsible for assisting logistics manager to organizes and cooperate logistic related things. He is the first and foremost the person who organizes our expedition services. To do this they must be highly organized individuals, excellent communicators, and team players working closely with our account, production and roll-out managers, assembly teams, forwarders, suppliers and other logistic personnel. A Logistics Executive is an essential part of every project, who assist logistic manager, project team and guarantees smooth expedition of our products throughout the world by road, air or sea.

Logistics Executive responsible for:
1. Inform EL teams, clients, and forwarders about shipments
2. Preparing request offers and supply quotes to internal EL team
3. Booking all methods of transportation (road, sea, air, ex-works)
4. Transport documentation (prepare and distribute to warehouse, PM, clients, forwarders)
5. Arranging customs documents (Euro 1, Certificate of Origin, export customs declaration)
6. Overview of shipments from warehouse to client
7. Booking couriers for special deliveries (time definite, pallet jacks, extra service)
8. Finish other works assign by the logistic manager

Required behavior, skills and experience:
1. Organized, efficient, structured, focused and goal oriented
2. Flexible, dedicated, loyal and passionate for the job
3. Excellent communication skills for both personal and written interaction with clients
4. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics/transport
5. Able to quickly learn specifics about special requests in various destinations

Software:
o Computer literacy a must to quickly learn our proprietary software
o Advanced level of MS Excel is a must

Languages:
o English – advanced level required for daily written and verbal communication
o Other languages advantageous
