职位描述：
岗位主要职责（或工作内容）：
position responsibilities：
1. 参与OEM团队客户的开发和维护工作
Develop and service customers of OEM
2. 协助完成销售目标
Assist to achieve the sales targets
3. 在需要的时候培训外部客户
Train external customers when necessary
4. 联络内部按期限交付客户的项目
Liaise internally to deliver customer projects according to deadline and cost
5. 定期准备市场和销售报告，向销售总监汇报
Periodically prepare market and sales reports for Commercial Director
6. 销售部分派的其它工作任务
Other work assigned by Sales Dept. or leadership.

岗位要求：
job requirement：

1. 本科（含）以上学历，相关销售工作或机械专业背景优先
Bachelor (inclusive) or above, relevant sales or mechanical engineering background is preferred.
2. 工作经验在2年左右.
Above 2 years working experience
3. 英文在四级（含）以上
English at level Four (inclusive) above
4. 身体健康，品行端正，能吃苦耐劳，能适应边远地区的出差
Healthy, honest, hard-working, able to travel in the remote area
5. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识。

Avanti Wind Systems is a Danish company founded in 1885. It is a world leading manufacturer of ladder and lift solutions for getting safety up and down inside wind turbine towers. Avanti Wind Systems Manufacturing (Shanghai) Co. Ltd was established in 2006. Avanti China now has two factory in Shanghai and Tianjin with about 100 employees.

All machining of components are outsourced to sub-suppliers as our main focus is quality control and assembly of final products.
