职位描述：
1. Job Summary

As Project Engineer, you will work with cross-function team in France, US and China on NPD and NPI of stationery products, while managing the existing products in our OEM in Asia. This position is based in Jing‘’an District, Shanghai and travel to OEM within Asia will be required (15% - 30%).

2. Main Responsibilities / Tasks
- New project development and introduction (NPD and NPI) of stationery products
     a. Mechanical DFM review and come out improvement plan with design team.
     b. Good communication with OEM suppliers to clarify issue.
     c. Provide solution and follow up action plan.
     d. Mechanical issue failure analyses and yield rate improvement in ramp up
- Supplier and existing product management
     a. Establish good working relationship with OEM and 2nd tier suppliers.
     b. Manage product and process changes
     c. Work with OEM on continuous quality improvement and cost reduction
     d. Lesson learns and knowledge maintain.
 
3. Candidate Profile: Qualifications / Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of injection molding, heat transfer, pad printing and manual or automatic assembly.
- Good vision, root-cause analysis and strong problem solving skills.
- Strong sense of urgency to take immediate actions and follow-ups.
- Independent and autonomic worker.
- Proficient in written and verbal English, French is a plus.

4. Previous / Professional Experience
- 0-3 years’ experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment
- Bachelor and Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 举报 分享
