职位描述：
Job Description (Main Responsibilities):
1. Arrange MD’s Trip planning & help to double checking with administer.
2. Help MD to coordinate meeting with department manager and other staff.
3. Contact with company’s partner/Agency to book the meeting with MD.
4. Reserve and sort all of MD’s paper files.
5. Complete the reports analysis these include the reports from every department.
6. Other job arrangement from your line manager.

Domain Knowledge & Skill:
1. Excellent English skill.
2. Good logic to assign all of the working be included the meeting/business trip etc.
3. Good communication skill to make smooth with department Heads / Client / Agency.
4. Personal character is open and nice.
