岗位职责

1、负责公司自媒体日常内容的更新及维护，包括选题、素材搜集、文案撰写等；

2、收集、整理、处理、跟进粉丝和客户的反馈及留言；

3、从数据和用户反馈中，分析用户需求和把握用户情感，策划用户感兴趣的互动话题，挖掘核心用户并与之互动；

4、策划线上活动、营销活动、H5等传播文案；

5、参与负责公司客户的社群运营，保持和粉丝或客户的良好沟通互动关系，激发用户参与、促进优质内容的分享与沉淀；

6、紧跟微信发展趋势，广泛关注标杆性公众号，积极探索微信运营模式。

任职资格

1、2年以上微信微博文案策划经验，有成功的文案传播案例，全日制本科以上学历；

2、具备一定的审美能力，能够完成基本的插图作图、素材加工；

3、热爱新媒体行业，对热点极度敏感，能够敏锐地把握趋势，及时跟上热点的同时保有价值观取向；

4、有扎实出色的文案功底，可驾驭多种风格的文案；

5、原创能力高。

Young Bird Plan, a platform that belongs to di/design innovation, offers comprehensive dissemination services and creative solutions by means of international and customized design competitions. It has propelled the implementation of various projects and products in the competitions that focus on urban spaces and daily life, since itsinception. As a result, it has developed into an international design competition platform as an irreplaceable presence.

di /design innovation 创始人葉春曦***拥有设计和市场营销专业双学士，经济学硕士学位。分别在咨询业、制造业、时尚传媒、专业设计传媒领域有过丰富的积累，曾担任《domus》国际中文版的执行出版人，10年内完成了100期的策划及出版和无数专业定制的刊物，与全球400多个著名企业及国内耳熟能详的品牌有深入合作。
 
Isa Ye, founder of di, has received bachelor degrees in design and marketing and a master’s degree in economics. She has accumulated rich work experience in consulting, manufacturing, fashion and design media industries. She had served as executive publisher of domus China for ten years. And during her tenure, she had edited and published 100 issues of domus China and lots of other customized publications, and established in-depth collaboration with more than 400 globally renowned companies and prestigious domestic brands.

2013年，葉春曦***发起Young Bird Plan国际专业设计竞赛，致力于鼓励每个设计师的能力以及创造力，为有才华无机会、有梦想无资源的设计师搭建一个实现美好梦想的平台。已获得全球著名设计机构、院校以及专业设计媒体的高度关注。

Young Bird Plan, an international and professional design competition brand, was launched by Isa Ye in 2013. It has attracted considerable attention of design media around the world in the architecture field. It encourages designers to show their abilities and creativity, and endeavors to offer corresponding assistance for every talented and ambitious people who are lack of opportunities and resources.
