职位描述：
System Engineer plays the core role as the communication & coordination interface between the automotive supplier and the OEMs. He will be responsible for the automotive electronics development project management and leading the entire product development process.

系统工程师，其核心职责在于整车厂客户管理与协调沟通，汽车电子专业项目管理， 及相应的产品管理的主导。

1．Job Description 岗位职责

Communication and coordination between the automotive supplier and the OEMs:
Documentation management in coordination with OEM customers
Definition and management of the product development specification
Trace analysis and solve the bottleneck key problems in team with OEM customers
Customer Sample management throughout the entire development and release process
Customer management and coordination of the product demand planning
Responsible to analyse the customer requirement specification and draft the internal product development specification
Professional project and product management for automotive electronics:
Definition of the hardware platform and drafting the software architecture
Interface definition and continuous improvement process
Release management of the product development specification in team with OEM customers
Approval and release of the development concept for hardware, software and system integration

整车厂客户管理与协调沟通：
与客户协调管理技术文档以及编写产品系统规范;
与客户共同分析，跟踪与确定专业技术难点和问题;
协调并管理客户样件计划及状态确认;
客户管理以及协调产品需求;

汽车电子专业项目与产品管理：
定义产品系统架构包括硬件和软件的系统平台;
接口定义以及持续性工程更改管理;
负责解析整车厂的功能规范，或者与整车厂共同制定产品功能规范;
负责把客户的功能规范转换成内部的系统规范
参与评审技术方案，包括硬件，软件和结构集成方案;
指导确定产品最终性能定义与极限;

2．Job Requirements: 岗位要求
Professional experience in development of embedded systems (HW & SW)
Experience in documentation management
Experience & familiar with the vehicle electronic architecture, preferred with experience of BCM or PEPS development
Professional experience in automotive project management process
Experience in automotive network as: CAN, LIN, UDS

嵌入式电子系统开发经验（软件，硬件）
熟悉汽车电子系统架构，熟悉电子产品的功能规范，有BCM，PEPS等电子模块开发经验者优先
技术规范，文档管理经验
汽车行业项目管理经验
车载网络经验：CAN，UDS，LIN


Bachelor degree or above, 3+ years of working experience
Good skills in communication, management experience, work in the bilingual international team and willingness of business travel domestic and international
Open minded, strong personal engagement and the active team spirit is highly appreciated

本科以上学历，3年以上汽车电子产品开发经验
具有良好的沟通，管理能力和经验，适应英、汉双语工作环境，适应国际／国内出差旅行
