职位描述：
The key responsibility of Hardware Engineer is focused on the hardware design and rapid prototyping, as well as the design of the circuit diagram and PCB Layout. The design is to be compatible with the guidelines for both EMC requests include unit testing, problem tracing & debugging.

硬件工程师负责产品硬件设计及原型开发,设计电路原理图及Layout。
硬件工程师所设计开发的电子产品需符合可靠性要求及EMC测试规范要求。
硬件工程师负责PCBA上的单元测试， 硬件检测，问题排查。

1．Job Description 岗位职责
？ Responsible to the Hardware design of automotive electronics control unit
？ Responsible for the BOM creation based on the component library of automotive class components, function block diagram, circuit diagram and PCB lay outing
？ Rapid prototyping, EMC design validation
？ Documentation of FMEA, CS-sheet & approval of purchasing parts

负责汽车电子控制模块的硬件设计，包括芯片选型，原理图设计，BOM维护，以及PCB Layout。
负责硬件的EMC设计。
负责维护FMEA，PCBA特殊特性清单

2．Job Requirements 岗位要求
？ Familiar with the automotive class electronic components standard
？ Professional experience of the hardware design incl. circuit diagram & PCB layout, based on the tools of Altium, Cadance, AutoCAD
？ Experience of PCB layout of 4-Layers, 6 layers
？ Hand soldering technique of SMD-components
？ Experience with HF/LF circuit design
？ Candidate familiar with the ISO26262 is preferred

熟悉汽车电子产品元器件标准
熟悉汽车电子控制模块的设计原理，如BCM等。
熟练使用Altium或Cadence，AutoCAD等工具。
具备6层板PCB的设计能力。
熟练掌握焊接技能，能对贴片元器件及芯片进行手工焊接;
熟悉ISO26262者优先;

？ Bachelor degree or above, 2+ years of working experience
？ Good skills in communication, management experience, work in the bilingual international team and willingness of business travel domestic and international
？ Open minded, strong personal engagement and the active team spirit is highly appreciated
本科以上学历，2年以上工作经历
具有良好的沟通，管理能力和经验，适应英、汉双语工作环境，适应国际／国内出差旅行
