Main Responsibilities

Responsibility 1 Inspection (70%)

l Organize random inspection on each production step according to the standard operation procedure and specification

l 组织抽查每个生产环节按照标准作业程序和规范

l Utilize measuring tools (thermometer or caliper) to inspect finished products to ensure the quality compliance.

l 利用测量工具（温度计或卡尺）检查，以确保成品的质量合格

l Implement incoming inspection on raw materials and plastic/metal parts to ensure the compliance on specification

l 实施对原材料和塑料/金属零部件进厂检验，以确保遵守有关规范

l Monitor the production process to ensure traceability based on material and parts lot number

l 生产过程监控，确保可追溯性的有关材料和零部件的批号

l Complete the daily quality checklist, report and follow up issues found during random inspection

l 完成日常质量检查表，报告和跟踪抽查期间发现的问题

l Block the non-conforming parts with MRB

l 控制不合格产品的发放

Responsibility 2 Consolidation (10%)

l Collect and report data everyday, e.g., raw material lot, all parts’ numbers and lots number needed in each process

l 每天收集与报告数据，例如，原材料，零件编号与其他过程中所需要的其他编号

l Key in the data into computer to ensure the traceability of each process, parts & raw materials when needed

l 在电脑中输入数据，以确保需要时每个流程，零部件及原材料的可追踪性

l Contact frontline supervisor and group leaders on the findings and make sure that the corrective action and preventive action would be taken and follow up the action result

l 联系主管组长发现问题，并确保纠正措施和预防措施达到效果

Responsibility 3 Follow up (10%)

l Summarize and report problems found during quality inspection to group leaders everyday, e.g. process, quality, & report to the supervisor timely

l 每天在与组长工作后总结报告当天质量检验发现的问题，例如，流程，质量并及时向主管汇报

l Work with supervisors of Injection-molding and Assembly to find solution to solve the quality issues and organize on-the-job training to frontline workers for improvement

l 与组长一起检验注塑和装配，并找出解决方案，组织一线员工进行在职培训，改进产品质量。

Responsibility 4 Others (10%)

l Complete other business related responsibilities as assigned by the management

l 完成其他交代的工作
