工作说明 Job Description

1. 协助领导制定部门职能，制定、监督、完成团队专项工作目标；
Support define, supervise and finish department’s target in company；
2. 主导解决材料质量问题，引导和支持供应商来提高供应商的质量成绩;

Handle with component’s quality issue, lead and support supplier to improve their quality performance;
3. 协助采购部认可新供应商:包含项目前期质量标准建立等
Support sourcing department to assess new potential supplier: including standard review & setup at the early

stage.
4. 供应商年度审核;
Supplier annual audit;
5. 定期评估供应商质量、服务等.
Regularly evaluate the supplier’s performance of quality, service and so on.
6. 要求并指导供应商按公司质量标准进行产品的生产和检验，和关键供应商议品质协议条款。

Require supplier produce and inspect following Selcom’s quality standard, discuss quality agreement with

key suppliers；
7. 采用多种生产管理和持续改善的工具，如MSA，SPC，FMEA，问题解决法，防呆法等工具，引导、协助供应商提高其质量；
Lead supplier development activities to improve their quality performance. By using a variety of manufacturing and continuous improvement tools, including: MSA, SPC, FMEA, problem solving, error proofing etc；
8. 现场支持供方首次出货的出厂检验；
Support for IPO to perform the Outgoing inspection at supplier site；
9. 处理MRB中的材料问题;
Dealing with MRB materials detected by incoming inspection and production line.

10.协助部门主管完成部门其它任务。
Assist supervisor to finish department’s other works.

任职资格 Job Qualification:

1. 5年以上，品质相关至少3年工作经验, 具有管理经验/潜力。
5 yrs working experience, 3+ yrs in quality field, proven management experience or highly penitential.
2. 熟悉PCBA/PCB设计制造流程，在电子行业中的质量控制为佳；
knowledge of PCBA/PCB，electric appliance quality control is preferred；
3. 具有ISO及品质管理知识，统计学知识，如PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, 8D, 控制计划，项目管理等。
Familiar with quality tools, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, 8D, Control Plan, Project management and QS9000, or ISO/TS16949
ISO/TS internal auditor is preferable.
4. 具备ISO及TS内审员资格。
CET4 at least, Good command of both written and spoken English.
英语4级，书写及口语流利。
5. 能承受工作压力，并经常出差,良好的沟通技巧和团队合作意识.
Can be work under pressure and be willing to travel, good communication skill and team work consciousness.

   路线3(青浦城区方向)：世纪联华-清溪电影院-东方商厦-章浜-浦仓路-桂花园-青浦新城地铁站4号口-公司 (8:10--8:40)

2. 公司正常上班时间： 周一~周五 8:30--17:00 或 8:45--17:15
