岗位职责:

？ 协助商务总监与相关团队及客户共同确保赛科的业务符合国家法律、法规以及赛科的HSSE要求。
Assist the commercial director to ensure with relevant teams and customers that SECCO business complies with national laws & regulations and SECCO’s HSSE requirements.
？ 负责市场团队的培训和管理，建立一个以业务为中心的高效市场团队。
Responsible for the training and management of the marketing team, and establish a business-centered highly efficient marketing team.
？ 负责市场及行业分析。该角色将对从公共领域到深入特殊行业部门的项目研究进行行业数据的常规监控。市场团队工作的重点在于构建并维护详尽的行业供应需求平衡，包括竞争对手项目的信息。建立和一定范围的外部代理机构/顾问的链接以执行工作内容。
Responsible for market and industry analysis. This role will make conventional monitoring on the industrial data of project research from public domain to special industry department. The marketing team will focus on establishing and maintaining the detailed industry supply & demand balance, including the competitor’s project information. Establish linkage with external agency/consultant within certain range to execute the work contents.
？ 领导和整合市场团队及充分利用赛科的各项资源，进行中长期的行业市场及分析，并提供专业报告。
Lead and integrate the marketing team and take full advantage of SECCO’s various resources, make long/medium-term industrial market analysis, and provide professional report.
？ 判别市场的变化及客户的需求，和销售及产品管理一起制定对赛科最有利的价格。
Identify market change and customers’ demand, and set the price most favourable to SECCO together with sales and product management personnel.
？ 提供年度市场研究计划，并代表赛科参与主要行业会议以及各业务团队的客户会议并作相关市场咨询报。
Provide the annual market research plan, attend the main industrial meetings on behalf o SECCO and the customers’ meetings of various business teams, and prepare relevant market consultation report.
？ 负有管理、辅导团队的职责，认真践行并积极推进公司价值观和企业文化建设。包括但不限于责任与承诺、道德与合规、CI持续改进等。
Take accountability for managing and coaching the team, seriously practice and actively promote the company’s value and construction of enterprise’s culture, including but not limited to responsibility and commitment, morality and compliance, CI continuous improvement etc.
？ 参与及支持公司层面的各项市场研究分析工作。
Participate in various market research & analysis works at company level.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Complete other works assigned by superior manager in time.

任职资格:

？ 本科及以上学历，MBA优先考虑。
Bachelor and above degree, the person with MBA will be considered in priority.
？ 15年以上的商务或市场调查领域的工作经验，其中10年是与化工行业的经验相关。
Over 15 years of working experience in commercial or market investigation field, in which 10 years of working experience are related to chemical industry.
？ 5年以上的管理经验；具有较强的领导能力。
Over five years of management experience, having strong leadership.
？ 很强的分析能力。
Strong analysis ability.
？ 优秀的沟通能力及高超的影响技巧，擅于和不同背景的人共同工作。
Excellent communication ability and influencing skills, and be good at working with the people who have difference background.
？ 能承受工作压力。
Able to work under pressure.
？ 英语读写流利。
Fluent in English reading and writing.
？ 良好的计算机应用水平。
Good computer application level.
？ 愿意出差。
Willing to travel.
