职位描述：
Responsibility & Routine:

1. Be responsible for daily process management, compilation and updating process document.

2. Improve the process control, eliminate the potential quality problem in production line.

3. Planning and implementation of training programs for the employees.

4. Be responsible for the trouble shouting with the support of production line, R&D department

5. Review and improve the cycle time

6. Investigate alternativ materials

7. Apply error proof methods

8. FIFO (first in first out)

9. Reduce waste

Qualification:

1. College degree or above major in Mechanics, Electronics, Instrument or equivalent, with at least 3 year’s relevant experience.

2. Familiar with production management and has on site management experience.

3. High sense of responsibility and self-motivated, good communication and coordination skills.

4. Fluent in English communication (both written & oral), good command of computer skills. 举报 分享
