职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 日常行政工作。公司证件整理归档备份，在有效期内及时更新
2. 出口文件申请：许可证，原产地证，商业发票认证等
3. 财务：银行入账资料申请，美金支付，财务做账资料整理，增值税专用发票认证等。
4. 日常处理： 报价单，合同，形式发票，报关单据，清关资料，出口资料归档
5. 物流：订舱后货物跟踪，配合货代提供所需资料，做好发货工作
6. 其他主管交办工作事宜

任职要求：
1. 有贸易行业工作背景 ，英语良好，***优先。
2. 具统计、内贸、外贸、船务其中之一经验者，优先录取。
3. 有高级业务助理/秘书背景优先。
4. 工作细心，逻辑性强。
5. 良好的团队精神及沟通表达能力、刻苦、积极主动，乐于配合工作，有敬业精神，应变能力强。 举报 分享
