岗位职责：
1.协助猎头顾问进行人才寻访和评价推荐；
2.对候选人做出初步评价和筛选；
3 向顾问推荐候选人，提交评价意见和推荐报告；
4.协调客户公司与候选人的面试，跟进面试的进程和反馈。
5.保持与维护候选人及被录用者的良好关系。

职位要求：
1.良好的表达能力和沟通能力；
2.性格开朗，工作积极主动，学习能力强；
